We wanted to put together a complete service for holiday property owners.
We can manage your property listings, bookings and customer queries, arrange for changeover cleaning, laundry services, key management and many other services.

Karen has been our property manager for over 6 months, and as we live over 200 miles from the property, we have relied heavily on her. From advising on setting up the property for letting (complying with legal requirements, arranging trades people, advising on and even sourcing interior decor) to day to day management of it, she has been invaluable.
She is always contactable, even rushing from an evening at the theatre to let in guests who forgot their keys! Her attention to detail is incredible and she is fastidious about keeping the property in good order, clean and welcoming to guests. Above all, she is always friendly and ready to help.

Karen has been managing our property since the beginning of 2024. She provides a full management service for us including dealing with all aspects of booking, guest liaison and routine property maintenance.
She is the contact for the guests from day one taking initial enquiries, then throughout the booking process. In addition Karen also manages the routine maintenance required for a holiday let; organising and liaising with cleaners, the laundry provider and any other maintenance issues that arise.
Karen is friendly, helpful and easy to work with and we would not hesitate to recommend her. Karen often gets really good feedback from guests on how attentive and helpful she is which reflects this.

She manages all the bookings, cleaning, supplies and laundry. She keeps us informed of any problems ie general maintenance and damage etc. She has been the point of contact for all our guests who have all been impressed with her professionalism.
Karen also carries out lots of little jobs which is invaluable to us. She has sorted out curtain rails, slippy rugs, fitted new key lock and sprayed weeds etc. to name a few.
